She is a Commerce and Law graduate from the Bombay University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is also a Registered Trademark Agent and having a wide experience in Indian Commercial Laws including IPRs.
Prior to venturing into an independent practice, she has gathered a wide corporate experience on various matters relating to corporate laws including registration of companies, Initial Public Offer (IPO) due to her association with big corporate houses.
Practicing as a Company Secretary since 2001, providing varied corporate legal services, with a focus area of practice on Corporate Laws and representing several national and international corporate clients successfully. She is also having extensive experience in administrating patent annuity management of some of the Fortune 500 companies since last over a decade. Now with a view to venture into IP maintenance / renewal and other related business in a more organized manner with the help of proprietary and latest technology that results in high cost effectiveness with improved efficiency and accuracy for clients based globally having interest in India and some of the other countries of Middle East and Asia.
